Out & about Local Street Pastors

Street Pastors

mark_hadfieldJoin weekend teams from over 15 local churches "listening, caring and helping" on the streets of Hilton (7:30pm to 11pm), Merkinch (7:30pm to 11pm) and the City Centre (10pm to 3:30am). Volunteers need to be over 18 and willing to complete 12 days of training spread over a 1 year period, and volunteer for 1 night out per month. All of our Street Pastors find the work extremely fulfilling and enjoyable, and find their relationship with God deepening in ways that just doesn't happen any other way. We have a strong ethos of professionalism mixed with a great sense of fun, as we seek to be available for God to work through us into situations that are at times deeply profound and life-changing.

We start the training course approximately once per year. If you're interested in joining the next course then contact Mark Hadfield, phone 01463 243 603 or 07761 293 108, or email inverness@streetpastors.org.uk.

Get involved in a Small Group or Service Group

A daytime opportunity for women to meet together to meet together to deepen our love, understanding and application of God's word in our lives... and along the way to make some fab friendships and have a lot of laughs!

Most of us have our children with us, so don't let that put you off. However, don't come expecting a peaceful time! God has blessed us though as we have sought to grow, whilst juggling our responsibilities as mum's of young children!
